Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order:

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges

Once sold, no items are eligible for return or exchange without a valid reason (e.g., "not as expected," personal preference, incorrect sizing, or color differences).

2. Discounted Items & Minor Flaws Notice

Most of our products are factory-sourced items that require tags to be cut or come without hanging tags. Some items may feature minor flaws, cut tags, or missing tags. These are standard conditions for discounted merchandise, do not constitute quality defects, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Wrong Item Sent

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item is delivered, we offer a "Refund Only, No Exchange" policy (replacements will not be re-sent).

  • Unboxing Video Required: To protect both parties, please record a continuous, unedited video when opening the parcel. Claims for incorrect items must be supported by a complete, unedited unboxing video as proof.

  • Timeframe: Please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the package and provide the complete unboxing video/photos. Refunds will be processed upon verification.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to personal hygiene considerations and product characteristics, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold:

  • Intimate Apparel: Underwear, fitted camisoles/tank tops, sleepwear, etc.

  • Accessories: Jewelry and earrings.

  • Discounted Goods: Items with minor flaws or cut tags as described above.

5. Return Shipping & Arrangements

  • Shipping Fees: If eligible for a return, all return shipping costs must be fully borne by the buyer.

  • Return Instructions: Please contact customer service before taking action. We will provide designated return instructions (e.g., SF Express pickup point or a specified address). Please do not send back any package without prior confirmation.
